This morning I ran the Utah Valley 5k! Preston was so supportive, he even signed up this week to run with me even though he hasn't been running lately. We woke up super early and started the race at 7:00am. Preston stayed with me for the first quarter mile and then I told him to go ahead because I could tell he was going crazy because I was going slow :)
He finished 5-10 minutes before I did and then he turned around and ran the last little bit with me. 
I ran the 5k in 33.34 minutes and got 10th place for my age division. I can't remember Preston's time but he got 4th place in his age division.
