Idaho Trip

I went up to Idaho the 20th-22nd of November to be a bridesmaid at my friend Kate's wedding. I stayed at the Lamoreaux's house in Rigby and then drove up to Rexburg everyday. On Thursday night I visited my friend Emilie and then we went over to visit our friends from Lehi, Hannah and Heath Pulham. It was a fun little Lehi High School reunion.

On Friday night Kate had a dinner with her family and close friends at Applebee's. Here is Kate and Justin before their big day.

On Saturday (before the big BYU vs. Utah game) after taking pictures at the temple with Kate, I came back to the Lam's and got these pictures. I didn't get pictures of all the kids but here is Andrew, Zach, and Mallory.

Last Sunday I went with Preston to his BYU ward on campus. After we got out of church the lighting was just too perfect to pass up a photo opportunity.

Stephen's Fox Trotter's most recent purchase: a cow.

Stephen's latest interest hasn't been in buying new horses... Instead he has been interested in cows. He purchased a cow a couple of weeks ago from a cow auction and he plans on purchasing 3 steers next week. She is pregnant and due this April. We call her Bessy.

Body Worlds

Today I went to the Body Worlds exhibit at The Leonardo in Salt Lake City. I went with my coworkers Lacey, and Kamille, and Janalyn went with us too. We first ate at the Olive Garden for lunch and then headed up to Salt Lake.

For those who haven't heard of Body Worlds, it is an exhibit with real human cadavers that are set up for display so that you can see the bones, muscles, veins, tendons, ets. It was so interesting! Christian and Tara, you will have to go and see it while you are in Salt Lake for Christmas.

People actually donate their bodies to this exhibit and so what you are seeing is the real deal. There were some specimens that had tumors and diseases in them so you can see what that looks like. There was also a specimen that had an artificial hip and knee. There was a camel cut into three pieces laterally so that you could see it's teeth, stomach, intestines, etc. There was a brain on display with all of the human nerves attached to it. It was amazing. I learned a lot, it was really interesting.

Halloween in Malad

Preston and I went up to Malad over the Halloween weekend. We didn't do anything too Halloweeny, but we did go on a trail ride!
